Recent Training
Very little due to injury (over training), holidays and illness however prior to this I was running 3 times a week using the Runna app and strength training 2-3 times a week in preparation for the GNR however I have deferred that until next year. (Felt overwhelmed with training after falling behind due to a back injury then became anxious about not being reading so decided to defer and focus on recovery ready to start marathon training in September).
