Weekly Commitments
Week 1:
I started on August 6th and was following the couch to 5k app where I ran for 60 seconds and walked for 90s for 30mins. I did that 2 more times, on the 9th and the 11th of August. All of the runs were around 3 - 3.3Km
Week 2:
Then it increased it to 90s running and 2min walking. So I did that on the 14th of August completed 3Km. The on the 16th I did my first run where I managed 5km in 32 mins. I was knackered and did kind of stop a couple times inbetween. I also felt a slight pinching in my right foot near the end
Week 3:
On the 18th I did an easy run 21mins 3km.
Then on the 20th I went for 5km again and 3km in my right foot felt the pinching again. I had a blister. So I took my shoes off and ran with my socks for the remaining 2km which felt good in the moment and I managed the 5km at 30mins
The following days my legs were in pain and so were my feet. Since then i haven't been on a run.(2 weeks),
