Nope although weekends are trickier due to childcare.
Holidays
Christmas/NYE where I"m still planning to run but ideally ease off a little. My plan was to do the 18 week Marathon running plan on the Nike Running app and start that first December week. From next week I was planning to do the 5k plan, then the 10k plan to build up gradually. Any tips appreciated.
Recent Training
I'm working with the Nike Running app which I'm really enjoying. Easing back into running after a break so currently running about 3-4 times per week.
