Our coaching is going to be slightly different to what you are used to. I am not surprised you are feeling your body with the volume of running you are doing. I am going to suggest that less is more here, and hopefully youโ€™ll be able to see the benefits of proper recovery sessions too. With age comes a need to train differently.
