I have always ran but mostly just 5kms for fitness, furthest run ever being 8km in 2023, suffered ankle injury in 2024 and stopped running for over a year to build up strength. i went on my first run 3 weeks ago and did a 5km in 29 mins, I have since done a few runs 3.5-5km in the past weeks. In terms of training in the past year i have done spin classes 2-3 times a week consistently for 3 months, and incline walks on treadmill.
