Weekly Commitments
I try to do yoga every morning (10 mins) and a couple of evenings (30 mins) a week but this is just at home so I can be flexible.
Holidays
2 weeks holiday in September. I am going in the UK and will still be able to go for runs. The weekend of 19th-21st September I’ll be unable to train due to being at a friend’s birthday.
Recent Training
Monday: I haven’t started, Tuesday: Training yet, Wednesday: Please help me plan!!, Thursday: :(((, I work long hours on my feet managing a coffee shop (full day is 7:15-18:30, though if I’m on a half day shift it’s 7:15-1/1-18:30) and don’t have set days off. I also have admin days (at least one a week) where I can pretty much work whatever hours I want as long as it’s 8hrs working.
