I do at home work outs 5 times a week in the morning. These range from 30-40 mins
Holidays
I am on holiday 25 October - 3 November. I have two hen weekends on the 20-23 and 27-29 March. I will go away for at least a week from the 15-25 Feb.
Recent Training
I run 3/2 5kms a week and run 10kms every month. I do at home work outs roughly 3 times a week and this is a mixture of HIT, strength and Pilates
