March to September I play and train for cricket 1-2 times a week. I usually swim once/twice a week year round. No other major commitments through the winter.

Recent Training
Very little, having suffered a broken toe and torn ligament 12 weeks ago I’ve been in recovery up until 2 weeks ago. I have been swimming 2-3 times a week and started playing cricket again recently 3 times a week.
