Weekly Commitments
Monday: Cross train class, usually hot Pilates or a 1Rebel Reshape, Tuesday: Speed/tempo session on a treadmill or running track, Thursday: Short run of 3-4 miles, Saturday: Long run of 8+ miles. Most recent one was 11 miles. Iโm building up to 20 miles as I have a 3/4 marathon race on 5th Oct
Holidays
I have the Irish 3/4 marathon on 5th October 2025. I would like to try and maintain my fitness after that but start ramping up for the marathon probably a maximum of 20 weeks beforehand so will need a period of maintenance but making sure I donโt do too much and risk injury. I have a holiday for two weeks in February 12th-22nd but I can run as normal (no Pilates or treadmill access) during that time.
