I play netball twice a week - one fixture and one training
Holidays
I have a half marathon which I am currently training for on the 16th Nov.
I will have a weekend off 29th Jan to 1st Feb
And then a week off in Feb 14th to Friday 20th.
Recent Training
I am currently doing a half marathon plan with the aim to get my half marathon PB of sub 2 hours. I ran 29:20 in 5km recently and 1:07 in 10km which are my more recent PBs
I’m probably running 10-20km a week on a runna plan so long run, speed run and easy
