We've only got a few weeks left, and I'm imagining you've been doing some training recently. This is the kind of plan I would be finishing off your plan with; however, if 2 hours 45 minutes this weekend is a lot more than you've been doing, we definitely don't want to do that because the risk of injury is massive if we have a huge training jump.
