Weekly Commitments
I always like to do my long runs on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Other than that I can be flexible.

Recent Training
I've recently completed the Seville marathon in 3:51 in Feb 2026, but had very little training due to a knee tendon issue. I am now mostly recovered and will be building up to the Manchester marathon later this Spring.

I'm starting this plan for you after the Manchester marathon, and I really want you to take the recovery weeks that I'm suggesting off running. You'll have done two marathons back-to-back, and your body is going to need some recovery before it can then go again with some training.
