Weekly Commitments
Personal training on Monday. Monday and Tuesday are my non-working days so are best days for long runs.
Holidays
I am doing the round Sheffield run on 27 June. This is half marathon distance but broken into 11 stages so is easier than a normal half marathon.
Recent Training
5-8km runs once or twice a week plus one personal training session per week.
