Weekly Commitments
Monday - legs workout at gym
Tuesday/Friday- lacrosse training (doesn't actually include any running/effort)
Thursday - legs workout at gym
Holidays
Skiing 21st-28th March, holiday 17th-20th April and 18th-25th July, so won't be training.
Recent Training
Currently have only been running once a week, usually 6.8k, but play lacrosse 2/3x a week and go to the gym 2x week.

I haven't added the lacrosse into your week because you said it doesn't include any running/effort so we can really see that as bonus training. I know you're at the gym Monday and Thursday. Mondays will definitely work but Thursday when you might need to move around a little bit to fit or you can move the plan for you. Happy to help as needed.
