Your Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday workouts are amazing, but I will want to get some running in during those days. What I've done is I've sent the plan as is, and you can have a look and see what's possible to keep and weave in. It might be that you're doing some classes some weeks and not others, or you commit to those classes and you do the running on top. We just want to be careful. If you'd like some help with that, let me know.
