Strength training 1-2x week (Mondays and occasional Fridays - aiming for regularly)

19-23 February - likely no training
27/3-12/4 - can train but will be jet lagged/at high altitude the first week (Mexico city) so any training will likely need to be shorter and/or lower effort. Second week can pick up a bit. Week after will likely need to be gentler as well due to jet lag.
30/3-3/4 - likely no training
