Tuesdays I have PT which is kind of CrossFit style.
Holidays
I am currently training for the Sheffield half marathon which is on the 29 March 2026, but not going for a personal best then because it's very hilly. I will keep up running throughout the year as I am keeping a weekly running streak. I am going to Ibiza in mind July, but planning on doing a couple 5km when I am there.

Tuesday: Strength training with PT, Wednesday: Easy 5km, Friday: Gym - strength, Sunday: Long run 8/9km

This plan starts after Sheffield Half with a recovery week in there. If you wanted me to add training in for that I can, but it sounds like what you are up to is great. If you can let me know the dates of your trip to Ibiza I can work around that.
