Weekly Commitments
No, I just run. In the build up to the marathon I'm changing my strategy fro 3 runs a week to 4 runs a week.
Holidays
I land in South Africa (johannesburg) on 1 April until 9 April. I can manage average runs in that week - likely 10-20km. I travel to Cape Town from 9 - 15 April. On 12 April I am doing the Two Oceans half marathon - I assume this would be my last long run before the london marathon and is exactly two weeks before, but I'm open to suggestions. I have no goal time for this run and see it as being a very easy effort last training run before the marathon.
Recent Training
I maintain 30-35km a week, mostly split between 1x8km, 1x12km, 1x15-18km. This varies and can sometimes be 3x10. Or 1x10, 1x5 and 1x20.

I think we use Two Oceans half as a long run effort, so I have got another half suggested in the plan and this one we think about racing it. If however you don't think that will work then I can adjust the plan to work around that. Let me know what you would prefer in your buildup and we can go from there.
