📋 Main Plan Note

During Ramadan, the aim is to keep consistency while being smart with load. That usually means reducing the “one big long run” and spreading that training stimulus across the week. Then it’s about choosing whether key runs are done fuelled (before fasting) or fasted (so you can refuel straight after). Neither is “better”, and you’ll normally need a bit of trial and error. What I suggest is you have a look at the plan I have attached here, let me know how it feels and we adjust the plan from there.
