I train rugby 3 times a week Tuesday Thursday Saturday field, Wednesday gym session and match days Sundays but I have weeks that I don't have a game

I have rugby game days 10th Jan, 8th and 21st Feb, 8th 22nd and 28th March, 12th 19th 26th April and may 10th and 17th
Recent Training
running been doing not a lot but I've ran a 2.8k run and a 5.8k. I haven't ran much only just come back from a shoulder injury so started again end of December
