You have run some good times over 5k and 10k which suggests some running ability there, the challenge is going to be how we manage to get you marathon ready and also fit in the Rugby you are doing. They are very different sports and have competing fitness needs. I have had a go at the plan as best I can, suggesting when I think it’ll be time to cut back on it so you can run a good marathon.
