I haven’t written any training for the marathon you are doing in a few weeks time, because I assume you already have training for this. If that isn’t the case do let me know and I can put some in there. This plan is based on you not doing Barcelona Marathon, but if you decide to do it then I can adjust. My recommendation would be to not do it as it’s an awful lot to do three marathons so close together. Happy to chat this over with you at anytime.
