Weekly Commitments
I plan to have 3 days a week available for runs - I'm on a flexible work schedule that changes on a weekly basis so I can fit in training around that. Other commitments: N/a. Rest Days: Wednesday, Saturday. Long Run: Monday, Sunday. Biggest Challenge: Probably knowing how to support my running with other forms of training eg: strength and mobility to stay injury free. Having sprained a ankle and picked up little injuries from sports in the past, I'm keen to get some advice on/also have a plan on what I can do to supplement my runs!
Holidays
None for the moment, other than a potential hiking trip to Nepal for a few weeks in February. Very much still in the works hence no more details at the moment!
Recent Training
I've been running a few times a week on no particular schedule, generally between 5-10k distances. Other than that I'm quite active, and swim/walk etc rather than run!
