I hope that this structure is going to work for us with regards to weekly flow, but of course if not we can adapt. There are a few weeks where I have got a back to back training session and long run Saturday to Sunday. If that isn't going to be possible it is absolutely okay, but for where you are at it would be a good set of sessions to get you marathon ready. Hyrox / Metcon is a great place to do the conditioning or cross training.
