Weekly Commitments
I don’t have much money and none spare to waste so if I pay for climbing for the month then I’m pretty dedicated to getting to the centre as much as I can throughout the month to make the most of the money but I don’t have any actual training commitments at the moment
Holidays
There’s a potential 3-5 day trip around the beginning of Feb and I am unsure whether I’d be able to like run outside where I’d be going but I don’t even know if I’m able to go yet.

I train calisthenics, flexibility and strength, yoga/pilates and mindfulness as often as I possibly can
