Weekly Commitments
I don't have any weekly training commitments, however I get home from college at 17:00 on mondays a tuesdays, so i have less time to train. I like to go to the gym on a wednesday evening.
Holidays
I'm away mid February, but I will be able to train on these days.
Recent Training
I've been doing weekly / fortnightly runs (around 2-4k). Only recently I pushed to do 5k and did it in 40mins. I've done a mix of outside runs and runs on a treadmill. I prefer running on a treadmill, but want to get better at running outside ready for the event. I'm very new to running and basically just run once a week.
