Sunday I usually do my long run! (min 10k). I usually do yoga on Tuesday evening.
Holidays
Half marathon on 6th December. Holiday between 28th Dec and end of Feb. Holiday between July and August 2026. Not sure of the exact dates of these holidays and whether I will be able to train... I'd love to though.
