Weekly Commitments
No! I only run and do 2-3 weight trainings a week. Happy to run 3-5 days a week easily.
Holidays
Between 20 December and 20 January I will be away in the different time zone and climate, which may affect my training load. I will definitely still train, but perhaps taking it easier.
Recent Training
I run 30-35K weekly. One long run, one recovery, one tempo, and one whatever I feel like. My training is not very structured at the moment.
