Netball once a week. Work late and have children's club commitments on Tues/Thurs evenings but can get up early to fit in training. I am a teacher.

Followed a runna programme for a half marathon - didn't go to plan due to illness. Did manage a 10k and 8 mile run for the long runs. aimed for x3 weekly. Did some weight training but not as much as I should have.
