Weekly Commitments
Netball on Wednesday nights. I also like to fit in gym (strength training) 2-3x a week as well as 3/4 runs
Holidays
I’m in New Zealand 13th Jan - 3rd Feb and have no idea if I’ll be able to run either outside or on treadmills but plan to fit in what I can
Recent Training
I run a lot but never really race (the only time I raced was on 23rd Feb when I set my HM PB). I ran NYC half in March and the Big Half in September. I run about 30-40km a week currently, mostly easy runs with occasional interval/tempo runs. However, have started a 5km improvement Runna plan recently so picking up the interval work. My easy pace atm is about 5:45 mins per km. Want to get a sub-25 min 5km PB before starting marathon training which I think is do-able
