5k a week, except for the last 2 weeks of 15k runs. Little bit of swimming and a little cycling
Holidays
1 week skiing over the Xmas week so will be hard to train. But if I have to I’ll make it happen.
Recent Training
I’m a coach so train lads for an hour on Wednesdays and play matches Sunday morning. Ideally avoid Wednesdays and I’ll find time on Sundays.
