Weekly Commitments
I coach football on a Monday evening, I usually play whilst there. I hope to row on my Concept 2 machine at least two or three times p.w. whilst training for the marathon. I usually follow the 3 plus 2 running model.
Holidays
Hillwalking in Scotland last week in October. No other plans.
