I was thinking As it was friday - friday may be able to do long runs for weeks before I went and on return I’m also on holiday 5th - 18th Jan . Not sure if going away as nothing booked but if so will book somewhere with a gym and try and continue training - not great timing though😂

Have been running 3xweek mostly training for 10k on 27th September. Recently doing 1 slow , 1xinterval , 1 long - up to 8k. Has been a bit hit and miss due to family commitments
