Weekly Commitments
Running is the main exercise I do, and then I fit in kettlebell workouts at home. I work full time, but thankfully have a fair bit of flexibility over my diary so I can fit in lunch time runs, but weekends are reserved for longer runs. I meet a friend every Tuesday for “10k Tuesday” in the evenings, but she’s rally supportive and would do longer/shorter if required for my training. I am a mum to three children, so life is busy, but they are all rooting for me to succeed!
