Weekly Commitments
Monday: 30 mins Hyrox class and 15 mins stretch class, Tuesday: 45 minute Zumba class, Wednesday: 45 minut interval run and 30 minute weights, Thursday: Recovery Day, Friday: 45 minute run and 30 mins weights/stretch, Saturday: Recovery Day, Sunday: Easy long run and 30 mins kettlebells class/stretch
Holidays
I am currently on the waiting list for a guide dog. Once a potential match has been identified, I will be required to attend a two week residential training course. I will have access to a treadmill/cross trainer during this two week training. I am also hoping to have a one week holiday at the end of October. Not sure if I will have access to a gym during the holiday.
