Recent Training
I run 3 to 4 times a week, with working full time it is a case of when I can fit it in around that. This usually looks like 8-10k on both Monday and Friday morning (when I tend to WFH). Another 5k after work at some point Tue-thur. A long run if I can fit it in, around 15k, at some point on the weekend. I also strength train legs at the gym once a week usually also on a Monday (after the run).
