Weekly Commitments
I don't play sports regularly but I do like going to the gym around once or twice a a week. I also like to do the occasional Zumba class or enjoy a game of padel.
Holidays
I have a holiday between 19th October and 24th October. I will also likely be taking some time off around Christmas.
Recent Training
x2 5km per week then last weekend I ran my second ever 10km (the first one I ever did was around 4 years ago!). I used to run for 20 minutes every day but struggled with passing 4km. I am now comfortable running a 5k with a 6min 15 second per km pace.
