My 40th birthday is on 18th March 2026 - I plan on at the very least taking the week off! :)
Recent Training
I was doing 2 body pump classes a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and then tried to get two runs in the week. I have been on off work sick for couple weeks and the holiday so out of sync at the moment but currently trying to get back to it - I am on my way to the gym as i type to do body pump.
