Weekly Commitments
I work part-time during week but my non working days are Tuesdays, and Fridays which are clear. I also am clear to train most weekends. I have commitments for my daughter after school on weekdays so evenig training on weeknights will not be possible.
Holidays
Yes I am abroad from 18 to 23 December on holiday.

Run 10k about once a week.Try and do a smaller run also weekly (maybe about 6 or 7k)
