I competed in a local 10km race a few weeks ago and am doing a half marathon this weekend. I’m running twice a week one 5km and one little typically. I’m trying to get comfortable running 10 miles easily. Last week ran a half in training and struggled in the last 4km but completed in 2 hours 6
