I have a holiday booked next week in Portugal for 5 days and itโ€™s not booked but Iโ€™ll be going away skiing 1-2x next year mostly likely a week in February and a week in March.

I love body pump on a Tuesday but if itโ€™s not good training for a marathon I would forgo it
