Holidays
Serpentine Swim - 20th Sept. Away for 10 days or so over New Year. Likely away for a few days or up to a week around March 2026.

Completed a 70.3 triathlon approx 3 months ago and so have done a little less than during training period. In last 8 weeks averaging around 20-25km a week across 2 or 3 runs.
