Weekly Commitments
I train weights in the gym 4/5 times a week and aim to get 2 runs in at the moment on top of that. I will be lowering my gym and upping my distances running when the plan starts.
Holidays
I have a holiday end of February for 2 weeks. I will try to get runs in but will be slightly less Km.
Recent Training
I regularly run 5-15km every week but never really go much more than that. My job is very active giving me around 25,000 steps a day and have been playing football all my life
