I have played football since the age of 5, i have been out of football for the last year so have definitely fallen behind with my fitness. I am also looking to start the gym in september
Holidays
I am studying at university and will be in 3 days a week as well as self study time, if possible i would prefer to complete the runs in the morning when not at university that day.
