Just light maintenance - predominantly 5km runs with a few 10km. I ran my first marathon at the beginning of this year so have just been trying to keep in shape since then, without the pressure of training for an event. I had been aiming for sub 4 hours in my first marathon attempt, but became unwell and threw up at 30km so had to scale back
