Weekly Commitments
My current split is as follows:
Monday - lunchtime 45min AMRAP class
Wednesday - lunchtime 45min Pilates class
Thursday - lunchtime 45min Sculpt class
Friday - Run (5-10km)
I try to run on an additional day when I can and depending on works with my schedule.
Holidays
On holiday from:
- 05.09.2025 to 13.09.2025
- 02.10.2025 to 05.10.2025
But none others planned. A potential few days off around Christmas and maybe a week skiing in January or February but not planned at all.
Recent Training
Since September 2024 to mid July 2025 I was running twice a week at least, ranging between 5-10km and accidentally completed my first and only half marathon. No training, just casual runs. Mid July I had a medical procedure and limited time to be able to run and so I have only just restarted running again last week.
