Weekly Commitments
I work 9-5 and commute into London so i dont arrive home until 7pm. I work from home fridays and no arrangements on the weekends.
Holidays
5th-11th september i go to ibiza, that is it :)
Recent Training
I will be honest- none. Its all new to me and havent run over 5k before. I regularly go to the gym and weight train and boxing so i am pretty fit but could be better!
