7th September Richmond park half marathon 12th October Royal Parks half marathon August 11th-22nd holiday, but I can train February 14th-21st could do some training but will be skiing.
Recent Training
I’ve joined a run club and done intervals with them 2x, as well as hill sprints. I’ve done parkrun every week but run it easy. I’ve been increasing mileage slowly because when I first started running I increased from 5k per week to 40k per week and hurt my hip, but it’s fine now.
