Train at the gym 2x per week using weights, mix of machine and free weight and play occasional tennis 1x per week
Holidays
Holiday last week of September and will not be as active I imagine between Christmas and New Year
Recent Training
I have been following the Runna app to complete a half marathon by mid September. The past two months I have been ding one speed session per week, usually on the treadmill and 1 long run. So far, I have ran up to 14km which I did in 1hr 25 min and have 16km lined up for next week. I try where possible to strength train 1-2 times per week in the gym. I know I need to do more for my knees!
