Iv Manchester half but Iโ€™m incorporating that as part of my training.
Recent Training
Having not ran for the past 12 months I started up again about 2 months ago. Running 2/3 times a week at the moment. 5ks mostly a few 10ks. Last week 12.5k to start building my distance back up. Booked on Manchester half in October to get me back to that mile stone.
